How it works · Digital delivery

From seat to session

Every session is live and online. Nothing is shipped: everything you need arrives by email.

  1. Reserve a seat

    Choose a Workshop and click Message us to reserve, or message us by email, the contact form or mobile. We reply with the GCash and bank transfer details.

  2. Pay and send your proof

    Pay by GCash or bank transfer, then send us your proof of payment with your name and the session you're booking.

  3. Get your seat confirmed

    We confirm your seat by email within one business day and send your [PLACEHOLDER: Zoom / Google Meet] join link within [PLACEHOLDER: delivery time, e.g. 24 hours] of payment, plus reminders before the session.

  4. Join live

    Click the link at the session time. Workshop templates or worksheets are emailed beforehand.

All sessions are sold by URBANPACK ONLINE SHOP, registered with the DTI and the BIR (BIR Form 2303). The merchant name on your statement or receipt will show as URBANPACK ONLINE SHOP. See our terms, refund policy and privacy policy.

Common questions

What do I get when I reserve a seat?

A place in that live online session. Once we receive your proof of payment we email your confirmation, the join link and reminders. For Workshops, templates or worksheets are emailed before the session.

What's the difference between a Mentor Chat and a Workshop?

A Mentor Chat (₱990) is a 1-hour, TED-style conversation with moderated Q&A. A Workshop (₱1,990) is a longer, hands-on session where you leave with a finished piece of work for your business or project.

Where do sessions take place?

Online, live on [PLACEHOLDER: Zoom / Google Meet]. You just need a device with a good internet connection.

Will there be a recording?

No. All sessions are live only and are not recorded, so there are no replays. Please join at the scheduled time. Workshop templates or worksheets are still emailed to you.

When are the dates announced?

How can I pay?

By GCash or bank transfer. Message us by email (theurbanpackph@gmail.com), the contact form or mobile (0934 416 6302) and we'll send the payment details. After paying, send your proof of payment with your name and the session, and we'll confirm your seat by email within one business day.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are in Philippine pesos and are non-VAT.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you request it before the session within the stated window, or if we cancel the session. See the refund policy for details.
